The following are annual charity events, interviews, and passion projects I want to share.
BuKaoPu Band Initiative
Date:since 2023

Volunteering in the BuKaoPu music career advising program, I gained insight into the challenges faced by music students and minority groups. The discrepancy in sight fostered a good sense of how to build a team with members of different backgrounds and work with mutual respect.
Working with the visually impaired peers taught me that creativity is the universal enabler -- music, AR, and so on are our ways to reimagine ability.
Holding 2-3 performances and 4-5 societal activities a year, we create jobs for the visually impaired to become artists, musicians, advertisers, augmented reality (AR) designers, and so on.
Until now, we have had a visually impaired 20-member paid employee, and we have helped over 200 visually impaired students and young adults.
Broadway's Immersive Musical Interview
Date: 2024. Mar.
As we curated the Broadway show Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812, the international crew visited the exhibition for a day of interviews and an interactive workshop.
With directors from Ethiopia, Russia, and the US, not only is the intertextuality of Russian literature and musical scripts discussed, but the power of multiculturalism in the theatre-cinema workspace is also shown.

Exhibition: Intertextuality
Date: 2023. Sep.
This is an offline East-Meets-the-West exhibition at Starriver Apartment in Shanghai.
Listing my facsimile of paintings and epitaphs of Tang Dynasty caligraphy, the exhibition mainly discusses the intertextuality of Eastern and Western Renaissance art and how artworks can live an infinite life in art history by inspiring the creativity of artists across the globe.

TinderSpark Nonprofit Company
Date: Since 2019

This NGO company started when I was in eighth grade, and it was the first place I found power in team management and leadership.
This is the workplace that trained my ability to organize, manage, and innovate creative ways to bring benefits to the student community across China.
We grew from a team of 5 to 78. Since 2 of our teammates come from the poverty-stricken regions in Anhui, we started to organize weekly extracurricular education in the region in 2019. Every summer, there is a curation of an offline summer camp. My role is the organizer of student-teacher resources and arranging courses. Our curriculum, completely free, ranges from global literature, Chinese minor ethnic studies, arts, humanities, and STEM categories.
Other of our creative ways over the year includes: interview documentary, book donation, playwrighting, and music therapy.
